SOLVED - Installed but Admin not displaying CSS Correctly

Hi,

I have installed "Live Helper Chat" as it looks great from your demo I have uploaded it and connected it to a database. When I login to the admin area it displays like the picture below. I have re-uploaded everything incase I missed a file but it appears the same.

Is anyone able to help please?

SOLVED

I had to clear the Cache files in the Compiledtemplates

I'm not sure how you installed it just go to configuration -> and click clear cache, perhaps you have moved application from one location to another one

Also you can disable cache and clear cache from back office.

In any case it's problem with your server.
