We are using the live auto assignment feature, max active chat limits have been disabled at department level and per-user, but chats still not being auto-assigned. Are there any other configuration areas we should check?
We are using LHC v3.38 by the way.

Chat are assgined if visitor has not left a chat or you have running workflow cronjob

Thanks. In my account settings for each operator, "My pending and active chats list enabled" had to be enabled.

It would be enought just for operator to see enable pending chats list.
