Hi,
If the operator/admin is offline, if visitor selects department and leaves the message , email is not going to the specified email-id(department-configuration), what could be the reason?? could you please help?

I mean server mail log. To see where server is sending e-mails itself. You can test mail configuration here https://doc.livehelperchat.com/docs/smt … mtp-server

Hi, did the test email arrive?
You can test email settings in settings, mail settings than press test.
Email can be not sent if you have wrong settings.
