Widget not load

Hello, I've installed Livehelper and everything is cponfigured ok, but the widget is not showing

I have a SSL running under the server.

Can anybody help me please?

Hi and welcome lightfaro,
if your domain is the same  as your email address with one you had registered your account I cannot see Live helper chat code in your website:
there are no Embed code in the source of your website.

Your install was corrupted.
A celan reinstall as suggested here:
https://forum.livehelperchat.com/viewtopic.php?id=2193
has resolved your issue.

Is suggest to you now to make a backup copy of the working live chat than start to customize it.
If will be broken after customization something you do is wrong
