Unable to login to admin console...

Today we are not able to login to admin console...

I have checked with other admin user also but same.

Can anybody help me to troubleshoot the issue..

Why are you not able to log-in? Do you see some errors? Have you updated live helper chat or do you do a new recently install?

Sorry for not replying...

That time after few hours, we were able to log-in..
but today again we are not able to log-in....

No changes in any setting....last time also after few hours it was working...dont know the root-cause...

What is the issue? Do you see some error?
I need to see this in remote support or in chat with you as from here... I have no elements on understand... I AM sure this is not an issue related to live helper chat.

Can be your browser or maybe can be a firewall on your web side.
Are you on a shared hosting? Shared hosting is not right for have a live chat installed.

Thank you for the prompt reply.

Yes we are on shared hosting...
but earlier it was working properly...almost for a month...

Some shared hosting forbidden the use of live chat on their hosting and sometimes they can put some algorithm to block some php code that can take a lot of resources.
However you do not tell me what if is showed or not an error on your admin log-in page when you try to login or if simply the login field are resetted to blank.
You can check error log if you have error log on your hosting account.

Sorry for not informing properly...

There is no error...only same login screen is coming again....
not going to the admin dashboard...coming again to login screen...

Yes, in any case if there are no login errors showed by the live helper chat application seems to be related to the shared hosting.
Shared hosting are not indicated for live chat as live chat need some hight resources.
