Choose Operator

I would like to know if is possible for choosing who you want to talk when starting the chat, like if i have 2 attendents logged in and the user choose the one he want to talk to.

Hi niltonsi,
welcome in the live helper chat forum and thank you for your post!
When a visitor start a chat you cannot actually decide, as visitor, the operator. You can create in admin side different department than assign to one or a groups of the operator but you do not have any other way to let visitor decide with one talk.
