Hello!
I noticed that while we are on a conversation it's possible to see the Operator timestamp (hour, minute and second) of each line of text by hovering through each line of the Operator conversation. Unfortunately this doesnt happen with the Visitors text, while hovering visitors text doesn't show any timestamp (hour, minute and second). If i query 'lh_msg' table i can see all lines of text have their own timestamp both for Operator and Visitor messages, why i don't see this Visitor message's timestamp inside chat window or how can i activate this feature? Doesn't seem to be something one can do through LHC backoffice settings.
Thanks in advance!
Cheers from Lisbon!

Hi there!
Did you tested? Because i'm there chatting and the result is exactly the same! Anyway here's some screenshots from the Demo right now:
Chat timestamp ok for Operator:

Chat timestamp not ok for Visitor:
http://nunocaeiro.com/img/chat_timestam … not_ok.jpg
As you can see there's no timestamp for visitors conversation, just the first line of text as i previously explained.

Ok so I have to test this. Thank you for the screenshot. I was suppose that timestamp was not showed if the time was the same as on top but now have to test what happen if the visitor write a message after a while.
I will update you here asap in the next 2 days, if no update please reply to this topic. Thank you!
