Hi syndr0me,
thank you for your reply!
The field where you can set the number of minutes for auto closing is placed in settings >> Live help configuration (tab) >> Chat configuration >> Misc (tab)
if you scroll down the page at the bottom you will be able to find that field.

Hi syndr0me,
have you set a server cronjob as the guide explain to do?
Are you looking at the official documentation? I have the dubt that you are not reading with attention the official Documentation.
If you want set complicated options maybe as is automatic chat closure you should be expert of the code and what to do,
otherwise you need the commercial support.
Please see the documentation:
https://livehelperchat.com/how-to-setup … -341a.html
So I not waste my time

Sorry I cannot help with that. This is out of the scope of my free limited support
This is something that you should know from your server side is out of the live helper chat support (free).
Sorry :-) I cannot configure server of the user
Wish you a good luck.
But please note that have an open missed chat can be userfull because if you close it you do not know you missed chat.
Are you sure to want close chat automatically?
In all case no free support here from me on that. Again is out of the limited free support I can give to you.
