hi,

my problem is.....
how can show widget in a big dimensions? when it is closed?

welcome in the live helper chat and thank you for your first post!

Widget has standard size. You can try to set size when you generate the Embed code by using the Design tab on top under Embed code tab.

When is closed?

You can navigate the live helper chat settings and create a custom widget but if you want edit the size and the look maybe you need add CSS.
Please try to navigate in the settings of live helper chat for know and learn better how LHC works.

in html code design i can customize the position, theme, size ecc ecc...
well, when i put a number in height like 400 or 200, the size of widget in front end not change

Are you Italian?
I tried to invite you on chat but you went offline and as is late I will go offline me too.

You can use standard size of the widget. All available settings is what you are able to see.
You cannot (maybe) resize the widget or the pop up to be biggest.

I cannot assist you with this but also I am not understanding why the standard size is not enough for you.
What I can told is:

You can report an issue on the GitHub page of Live helper Chat
or
look for the commercial support (more info in my forum signature)

No, you can't set this.
You can create a page where the chat is like here:

and you can think to include this in a frame if you want but I cannot help you with programming your website smile

This is not supported.
You can only have chat widget statues on bottom and maybe set a pro active for opened a chat on the right (invite)

This is a pro active.
You can set a pro active invitation on the settings of live helper chat than pro active option.
