Hello,
Anyone have ideas how to categorize chats? I think I could use departments for this but the problem is that if the chat is closed under the "wrong" department you cannot transfer it to a another department, you can only transfer active chats.

Hi, welcome in the live helper chat.
I have the same issue and I already reported this to the chat owner here:

But maybe you can create a new GitHub issue by asking to made possible transfer also to an offline department or a way to correct the department in closed chats.
