Hello,
When you forward the chat to other operator notification appears for all operators (may be all in department).
It is not convenient - all the operators think it's a chat to them and click on the notification.
How can I activate the notification when forwarding the chat ONLY for the operator to whom the chat was forwarded?

welcome in the live helper chat forum!
When you choose to forward a chat you can choose to forward them to a department (so all operator of that department can see this chat and take it) or you can choose to transfer it to a specific user.
Have you used the transfer to a user function?

Yes, to a user. Not to department.
For testing I have only one department.
