Operator logged but not online

Hi!

I have a problem after an update of our MySQL server (we are now using 5.7.15).
The user is able to log in the backend. Even if he set up his status to online, the dashboard of online users is empty so on the frontend the customers see the grey icon of the live chat.

I upgraded also to the latest version without success.

Any help?

thank you for your post question and for using the forum for retrieve help.

Sound strange to me that upgrade of your mysql version create issue as I never seen this kind of issue before.
Are you sure was only updated Mysql?

Seems statues of the operator are ignored, see:

I have checked your live helper chat installation and I see no error so maybe try to look at the link I posted to you.

Yes. We change fro Mysql 5.6 to Mysql 5.7. and we update all the database from MYIsam to INNODb.

I checked that link before posting but the option is not checked...

Please check your department, check one by one that you have not active work time.
Also please check on MISC that you have not ignored operator status.

Il problema che riscontri non sembra dovuto all'aggiornamento Mysql. Ho controllato la vostra installazione e mi pare che non ci siano errori.
Per favore controllate ogni dipartimento che non abbia attivo l'orario e su impostazioni, live help configuration , misc controllare che ignora stato operatori non sia attivo.

Al momento mi devo assentare e non posso entrare in chat con voi fino a domani.
Spero che riuscirete a trovare l'inghippo prima smile

Verified. No ticks on ignore operator status.

Only change we made was to import the dump of the sql and create a new user for the database. We updated these info in livehelperchat settings. The settings are right 'cause we are able to login and we see all the old chats.
