[Invalid Topic] require the DMC & Degree

I have passed M.A Urdu, 1 year ago. I received pass result card separately but not a DMC on which all details are mentioned on single card. now I want both
DMC & degree which are important for me. How can I get??
tell me in detail.
No DMC shows online record but passed result card shows part by part.
