Hello Macro,
I was trying to remove automatic login settings and resume manual login.
However, after I removed all the data in the Settings >> Live Help Configuration >> Departments and manual logged in, the chat window still showed me "Live help is offline".
I do not know the correct way to switch back to manual login. My current manual login can not make the chat window online.
Please teach me how to fix this. Many thanks!

Hi tea, you setup auto login or automated work hours?
Because I think is two different things.

Here I cannot help you much as this is quite complex feature or is something I AM not using so I cannot help you with that.

For now I AM going offline so I will reply to future post tomorrow or soon as possible.
If your issue is relative to the mentioned auto login I cannot help you.
Maybe you need contact the chat owner who is very busy or request commercial support.

I can suggest to check in your settings, live chat configuration, misc that the option "Ignore users online statuses and use departments online hours" is unchecked.
If your issue still be present you can consider to commercial support or new install.
I cannot assist you on this issue as is not a very basic settings what you changed and I have no experience on this.
