Hi,

Instead of username , I need email option to be used for logging admin section.

Can you help me on this?

When you log in only username and password is required.
If you want you can create operator and operator have no rights to access to the admin area.
You can manage all rights in Live helper chat.

Steps :

1. I m downloading the livehelperchat and installing in my localmachine
2. After installation is over, I m going to login to admin.. I m getting this form https://livehelperchat.com/site_admin/user/login
3. In this login with the help of username and password only we are logging into the admin, instead of username i need to know whether with the help of email can we login ?? Is there options available for that

About the local install i cannot give support in local install

however let's see your request.

You can log in only with username and password.
If you want see your email address please open your profile and check the same.

Your question are not very clear to me.
You can log in with username I think not with the email address.

Also in the settings you can see list of all user and list of all registered operators email.
