My live helper chat is not working when I CLICK TO CHAT at https://www.shipping24h.com,
Mod or anyone know the reason why? Please help me.

I can see you are using LHC not only from now so what happen?
If LHC is not working right now you have changed something in the server side configuration or LHC.

I can see your issue is related to the widget loading loop and works or load well in the pop up.
Do you have some CSS code in your widget theme?

Your issue is related to: Load denied by X-Frame-Options
Fix in your case was add this line:

[== Undefined ==]
Header always unset X-Frame-Options

on your .htaccess file after done before a backup of your original .htaccess file.

All now is working.
