Hi, my "Need Help Widget" used to show up on my page but it stopped appearing today. I even changed the settings to show the tooltip every hour but it still won't show up on my page. These are the settings for my Need Help Widget right now:
Is there anyway to force the "Need Help Widget" to show? Or are there other settings that can turn the tooltip off that I need to turn back on?
Thank you,
Maureen

My need help widget won't show up, either. I don't think it ever has. I changed my settings to 1 hour as well... Did anyone ever find a solution for this?

Hi M-n-I SEO Guy,
your server has wrong configuration. You cannot ask support here if your server has issue.
Before asking support please resolve your server issue.
If you digit an URL that not exist on your website you have wrong redirect and browser have to stop request and alert the user your server hosting do a wrong redirect.
This issue and wrong or too complex htaccess file can cause issue.
Also your htaccess rule that redirect al htm to php.
Thank you for understanding.

Peeps,
I decided to remove that rewrite rule from my .htaccess file, so that is no longer an issue. I'm just really hoping my ancient .htm pages don't start resurfacing on the search engines again and cause me hundreds of 404 errors... But, yes... Removing that rewrite rule solved this issue as well, so my Need Help widget works fine now.
