Send message to registered user from external application

I want to send message to a user registered in the system but from other application. I see that there is a xml integration but i can only send message or notice to an user ( visitor ) that must be online. I want to send a message to a current registered user in the platform but like i was a visitor from other application.
Is it possible?
I'm going to use it to send notifications from other app to this system.

Live Helper Chat does not have registration for user. Just an Admin can register an account for an Operator.

Actually pro active invite manual or automatically is not avaiable for visitor offline. Visitor must be online for see the pro active message.

I just want to send a message to an operator from outsite the Live Helper Chat. Is it possible? Just doing it from php, java or .net code directly?

You can't send a message to an operator who is not using live helper chat. You may use another application. Sorry but I can help just with basic settings of LHC. For advanced support there are commercial support.

I think i'm not explain the problem very well.

I want to send a message to an operator of the live chat helper. But i just want to send the message from an external third party software, not from the embedded code.

For comunication between operator there are an Internal chat system where you can send message to the other operator. You don't use Embed code for comunicate with operator.

Thanks PeopleInside, however I am looking for simulating a visitor chat. I do not have a web page. My server receives a message (through a REST api), which I would like to forward as a chat message to livehelperchat. This message will be seen as active or pending chat in the lhc web dashboard.
Here, I am mainly looking for some development insight on how I can achieve it. I went through the rest api (& also desktop client link). I could not find any api which sends the message to lhc (similar to what embeded js would do). I even monitored some network traffic. The embeded js calls startchat post method, but I am not sure how I can get the chat id.
I am even ok with offline message api. I have seen that operator who is offline still receives the message (if he opted to be invisible(

BTW, my backend is in java, if that matters.

Maybe you need the commercial support.
