Is it possible to send message as a visitor from other application?

Hi,

Live Helper Chat is awesome, thanks Remigijus Kiminas for this great project. And I think it would be great if can integrate with other application. Is it possible to send message as a visitor from other application?

I only found one similar question "How to send messages as visitors with API?", but looks like no further discussion. Anyone have any idea about this? Thanks!

No other information or help are at the moment possible.
Live Helper Chat has to solve some BUG since 2015. There are some unresolved BUG and this is now the priority. I hope will be fixed because has been recently released a new version with the same previous version BUG. This is not good. This is not good news.

So all other things are secondary right now.
