How to send messages as visitors with API?
I want to develop a app and users can send some messages to my LHC service as visitors?
Are there have some ways to archive it or have to change the code?

Seems you need something like the chat box or you just want visitor can write only to staff?
Or maybe you want develop an app for mobile or tablet who is connected with LHC?
