I have about a dozen sites that I would like to put the wonderful live helper chat on. When the callers come up in pending chats Is there a way to show which site they are calling form?

Graham, I have the same situation, but what I did was setup departments for each website and it is working out very nicely. You can even set Identifiers per website by their department name to allow for browser offers, etc. to be used per website.

A little addition
http://livehelperchat.com/how-do-i-configure-lhc-to-have-different-operators-and-widgets-for-different-domains-246a.html
Also new version does not require to mess around with identifier if you are going to use pro active invitation also for different sites. It has department for which this message should be shown.
Also if your sites are chaning http to https in some places of the site read this
