Where in the settings do I turn off live chat if I don't have an operator available to help? I want it to reappear as soon as an operator logs into though.

If you want to be online when operator are online and offline when operator are offline you need disable work hours in your department.

Thanks for your response. I am looking to have it where the entire chat box isn't displayed unless an operator is online to respond. So, if no one is logged in to respond I don't want the live chat to display at all. Once an operator logs in I would then want the live chat box to be shown.

for do that you need regenerate the Embed code, select the option: "Hide status when offline"
than replace the old Embed code in your website with the new one generated.
