Hello,
I'm trying to solve some billing problems, it seems that I have been billed twice during the same month. I've sent an email to remdex *** gmail.com, not sure if that is the right way to go?

thank you for your post in the Live Helper Chat Forum.
I think is the right email as is mentioned in the contact page and as I think the hosted service is from the livehelperchat.com website who is managed by remdex.
Is some times i cannot hear remdex and this is strange.
No reply to my email, no reply in github.
I hope you will be able to receive a reply in this day, if not maybe you need to contact your bank or where you pay for let know about this issue.

I hope remdex is well, is very strange, very very strange.
Maybe check again if the billing is really take paid two time and maybe I suggest to wait some others day after evaluate what to do.
