Hello,
i just installed the newest verison of Live helper chat on my server and everything seems to work just fine.
Unfortunately i can't see the visitors on the visitor map. The google map loads and shows the countries, but although there currently several visitors, no tags are shown on the map telling me their location.
The customers are assigned a country, so the geodata is properly read. In the server logs i don't see any errors.
I also don't see any javascript or network errors.
I tested it with the newest firefox and IE 11.
Where could be the problem? What could i try? What more information do you need?
Best regards
Azrael

Hi,
i was able to resolve my issue.
The root cause was using the default configuration of LiveChatHelper. In this configuration, only the country database of maximind is being used. As long as you use this database, no longitude/latitude configuration is filled and so no icons are shown on the map.
Another interesting issue which made it difficult to find out: the longitude/latitude is only filled when the user is visiting the first time. So if you change anything regarding the geotracking you have to remove the users to update the entries, otherwise nothing happens.
Best regards
