Is our JS code in the webpage compatible with Microsoft IE (6 /7 /8)?

Is our JS code in the webpage compatible with Microsoft IE (6 /7 /8)?

While I using Widget embed code of Live help embed code in my website, I can not see the widget pop up if I use Internet Explorer 8.0.

And I guess, it will happens while using IE 6 or 7, maybe IE 9 or 10.

Now, there is also more than 20% visitors using early versions of Microsoft IE. How can LHC JS code be compatible with these versions?

My website for testing is http://uvmax6.duapp.com. (Now the pictures are hidden.)

Hi,
I AM testing your website, able to see the chat widget from Firefox but your chat not load. Is frozen in the loading so your install of LHC seems to have issue.

You can try my other website for testing: http://www.smoothskinchina.com/?lhc    In this website, the JS code was inserted, but while using IE browser, the widget can not pop up.

Do other LHC users has The compatible problems with Microsoft IE 6 / 7/ 8 ?
