I can't login Admin session for first time, I need a help here plase!!

Hello Team,
First of all, thanks for this wonderful app.

Well I'm having an issue when login for first time after a fresh install...

I've Installed the app (LHC) from my dedicated server: Softaculous App Installer.
So far, I can see the page: http://www.mysite.com/livehelper/
Asking for: Name and message: when clicking on Start Chat it get frozen.

Pages:
http://www.mysite.com/livehelper/index.php/site_admin
http://www.mysite.com/livehelper/index. … user/login

Produce: No input file specified.

Here I attached a TXT file with all the logs I'm having.

I cannot control CGI= cgi.fix_pathinfo = 1, is controlled by my domain-hosting provider. But I do can place a file php.ini in my local web root folder. It still doesn't work.

I see issue on reading .htaccess file also a security PHP warning.
This is not related to LHC but to your server configuration.

Are you on a shared hosting?
Live chat is suggested for dedicated server or VPS,
Also some hosting have in the terms and conditions live chat script hosted is forbidden.
