Hello! I have a problem that can't understand how finally possible to fix.
I have 1 department and 1 chat, in this department 2 operators.
I setup working days each day 9-23 hours.
However the chat is online at any hour.
I tried to force offline status for both operators, then chat is going offline, all fine.
What should I do to make 9-23 hours working day able to work but still have online operators?
It's always online since I have jabber integration and connection on the phone that is never powered off.

Just in chat configuration set "Ignore users online statuses and use departments online hours"
