Hey.
I've been digging through the permissions for a little while, and haven't been able to find what I'm, looking for.
When logged in with the full Admin account, on the Dashboard, there is a section called "Online Operators"
When I log in with an "Operator" account, all other panels of the Dashboard are displayed except the "Online Operators"
I'm assuming that there is just a permission that I am missing somewhere that needs to be granted to allow access to this.
Basically I'm putting together a Supervisor group, that has a little more access for workflow management, but doesn't have full admin access, as they simply don't need that level of access.
Thanks in advance to anyone that can point me in the right direction for this.

Hi,
1. "Chat related" section in chat configuraiton and check "List online operators"
2. Users has to have permission to one of these functionms
'lhuser', 'userlistonline'
'lhuser', 'userlistonlineall'
3. Permission changes takes effect after operator logouts and logins.

Hi I have same problem, I gave the permission 'lhuser', 'userlistonlineall' to the oprators and by default my administrator account has all function permissions and also in my dashboard in section "Choose what widgets you want to see" my "Online operators" is marked but I can not see online operators on my dashboard not even on operator panel but also I can not see it on my admin panel.

After assign the permission have you tried to log out and log in again?
Please check well.
Also be sure to have assigned the right permission to your account with you are log in.

Thanks for your kind help. I checked permissions and also logged out and login more than 10 times, the strange thing is why I can not have online operators with admin user, by default admin account have all the permissions.

Please try to following this step:
1. Log in into your chat system with admin account
2. Go to the setting, Live Help Configuration, Chat configuration, Misc
3. Chat related - List online operators, 0 - no, 1 - yes. this option are checked? If not please check it.
