operator to operator chat help

Hi, I tried to enable operator to operator chat and it works well. The problem is when operator B closed the window or chat tab of their chat, operator B cannot be prompt when operator A continue to chat with operator B unless operator B will invite again operator A to chat but the previous chat were not delivered/shown. Maybe it doesn't mark as an Active chat. Can you help me with this?
