Using the latest versions of Firefox and Chrome on Windows 10.
I was able to establish a chat session fine. Then I click the blue eye button in the initial chat screen on the admin panel, and it switches to the panel with just the current chat, screen sharing option check boxes, and big blue eye button to request screen share.
When I click the blue eye, nothing happens.

"How to enable NodeJs support?
The biggest advantage for using NodeJs for Co-Browsing mode is the updates speed. In ajax mode there is some delay before user screen changes is transmited to operator window. With NodeJs these changes are transmitted instantly. You will be able to see almoust live user mouse movements.
NodeJs server is located at doc/node_servers/cobrowsing
Just read readme.txt file content from there also do not forget to enable it in livehelper chat in chat configuration section."
The location given for NodeJS server is ambiguous. I tried to append that to my site URL and get an Apache error message saying it doesn't exist. ( https://www.TemecoolComputerRepair.com/ … cobrowsing )
Where can I get a copy of the ReadMe.txt file?
Is NodeJS built into the Live Helper install, or do I need to install it separately?

You need to install separtely and have it running.

To see something then you click an eye user has to accept screen sharing.

Thank you. This is going to take me awhile - I'm not familiar with NodeJS & will have to learn it from scratch.
