Hi,
I am wondering if anyone would be able to help me at all.
Question 1) If a staff member is offline how do a redirect them to a site to submit a ticket?
Question 2) Once the chat has finished how can i user send the chat history to there emails?

2. Use chat window there is an option to send a chat to user. Just look around chat window itself.
