Hi,
Everything works perfectly when creating a new widget theme, however the code won't show my widget at all if I enter anything other than the default 'live help in online' in the 'online status text' field / or leave it blank.
Is there a known issue with this? It's important that I am able to amend this.
Thanks
R

Sorry, to little information to reproduce. Write down in steps
1. ...
Offline
1. Go to Widget Themes, New.
2. I create a Widget theme (without Custom CSS) - Online Status Text: 'We're online' or similar (not default text)
3. I go to Widget embed code, and set up preferences, selecting new theme in 'theme' drop down.
4. Copy code into my site header
5. Chat widget not showing on site at all.
THEN
6. Go back, and delete custom 'online Status Text - 'we're online', leaving blank so it defaults to 'live help is online'
7. Save Theme
8. Widget appears (with custom colours, etc. just with default text)
Hope this makes sense.

Thanks!
I basically just want to be able to enter my own text to appear on our site.
FYI - 'Live Help is online' doesn't really make sense in English...

Sent across, however when I click 'update' the text disappears from the 'online status text' field, so unsure if this will be in the file I sent
Thanks

Looks like it was because I am entering an apostrophe (') in the field, ie) 'Let's Chat'

This is kinda known issue, but was happening only in old version.
