Error on logging into Live Helper Chat

When I try to logging in, I am getting following error (on turning display error on):
Fatal error: Call to undefined method erLHcoreClassUserDep:parseDepartmentsForFilter();

And the file location is : cache/compliedtemplates.

Could anyone please let me know about the root cause and  how to fix this?

Most likely during update or something similar not all files were updated. Or just try to follow upgrade tutorial on site.
