Https url is not working.

I have installed wamp server configured to my own sql.
The chat is working fine for http: url's.
which is not working for https: url I have followed suggestions in below url.

Please help me on this..:)

Word as https url is not work, tells absolutely 0 about any possible reasons for your issue, try to read this first before asking a help

I have no issues with https as all. Just copied same nginx config of port 80, changed port, added fastcgi https flag and certificate/key paths. All absolutely fine.

I am working on windows7 I could not get any flag like fastcgi, please give me some more details.

I have followed below steps:
1. During embed code generation choose https mode
2. In chat configuration enter "Chat configuration" => "Misc" in field "Please enter explicit http mode.
3. Either http: or https:, do not forget : at the end." enter https:
Enter your root domain in "Chat configuration" => "Misc" -> "Set your domain to enable user tracking across different domain subdomains." (E.g example.com)
4. Uncheck if checked - "Use secure cookie, check this if you want to force SSL all the time"

I am getting below error:
"https://192.168.148.34:8090/lhc_web/index.php/chat/getstatus/(click)/intern…2Flocal.jaycar.com.au%3A9001%2F&l=%2F%2Flocal.jaycar.com.au%3A9002%2Flogin net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR"
