Enhancement Request - Required fields for chat.
As a product owner, I would like the ability to require the chat agents to enter a disposition at the end of the chat via a dropdown.
As a product owner, I would like the ability to require the chat agents to enter additional information about the chat at the end of the chat.

Operators can use Notes for that purposes.

A note is not required, I also need most fields to be dropdown, check or radio boxes. So I can extract the data for reporting. Free field text fields are hard to provide statistics on.
