Proactive Chat Notification works on Firefox?
Hello,
Firstly, this is an amazing app and truly appreciate the developers.
Could anyone please tell me if Pro-active chat notification feature work on firefox?

It works on all browsers. If it does not work for you. That means you just misconfigured it...

Yes. I did configure it for changing the design a bit.
Also, it does not popup when the time limit is exceeded.
Could you please advise how to proceed further or maybe which files do I have to work with?
