Hello,
In the Live Helper Chat settings, when I go to System -> Email templates, I can set email templates to use.
In a template I've created, the following variables work successfully when I send an email: {user_chat_nick}, {additional_message}, and {messages_content}.
I've looked for a variable which would refer to the chat ID number, but I can't find one that works. Is there a variable that refers to the chat ID number? I've tried {chat_id}, {id}, and {identifier}, but none of them worked for me when trying to include it in an email template.
Thank you!

Thanks for your quick answer.
Additionally, is it possible to send the IP address as a variable through the email template?
