Firefox default java setting blocks pro active popup message

Hello,
i just installed livehelperchat new on my server.

For testing i opened on my home (Linux) PC a new user
and started Firefox, so it is fresh new and has all default
settings.
With these default settings it seems that pro active does not
work and also chat opening from system to user/visitor is not
possible.
Firefox (Ver. 37.0.2) default settings seem to block incoming
traffic to user/visitor completely.

The reason is that per default Firefox installation the java plugin
is set to "Ask to activate" and not "Always activate".
I know that on some other pages, there is a message/symbol to activate the
java plugin temporarily because it's needed for specific page.

Any idea how to solve this? Because i guess that normal users
don't change settings in Firefox.
(I don't know if this is same on Win_$$$ systems, i don't have to test)

LHC does not have any Java in itself. So it's your PC problem. LHC has nothing to do with it at all.

I guess this is a missunderstanding.

I m not talking about me!

Its the visitor of the site who has this problem, if he does not
change the setting in his Firefox , he can not see anything
he is not getting the pro active message and i can not open the
chat to this visitor.

This proactive message is not a popup. It's internal page element widget.
You are definitely mixing stuff in your request...

Yes, popups them-self can be blocked, because it's normal JS popup. In that case you should use page widget, not external popup.

Stop mixing a stuff!!!
Proactive has nothing to do with popups. It's internal page widget, how many times I'll have to repeat same thing?
