Hey,
i have a site where i can recognize logged in/logged out users, so if is user logged in i known his username. Can i use this username in Pro active chat invitations? ("for example, Hello Mr. Doe, how are you doing?") If yes, how? Is a variable for this?
Thx?
LM

Thank you for response.
How do i use {nick} in field - Message to user *? On website i have logged in users, so i known theirs name (nicknames), is it possible use nicknames in Pro active chat invitations? ("for example, Hello Mr. Doe, how can i help you?") i do not want use {nick} in Returning messages.

Idea itself interesting, but there is no prefill for proactive username at the moment. If you want it fill github feature request.

Still no news on the subject? I'm looking for exactly the same solution.
Thanks!
