Tag system

Hi,

Do you have a tag system or i don't know how it is called?

For example...

In the autoresponder, i want to put the name of the customer in the welcome greeting.. But since I do not know the name of the customer, i cannot guess.

So example is like this. "Hi [visitor name]. How can I help you today?"

This automatically give visitor name and ofcourse more personal.
