Setting chatbox name

Following the Chatbox module tutorial, using the 2nd option with page embed .
LHC version: 2.22

Are we able to set the chatbox's name when auto creating a chatbox (with unique identifier)?

I tried setting status_text in the embed script

status_text:'newchatbox1'

But the header on the top left of the embedded chatbox says 'Chatbox'.
Also the Name of the chatbox in back office (HOME/CHATBOX/CHATBOX LIST) shows the newly created chatbox name as 'Chatbox'.

Maybe status_text wasn't designed to work that way?

Now I know I can just go into back office and change the Name of the chatbox manually but seeing if I can just set Name on chatbox creation.

Please advise.

Thanks for all the time you have put into this wonderful product!

Re: Setting chatbox name

Well, at the moment it's not possible
the only thing you can change is https://demo.livehelperchat.com/site_ad … alsettings Default chatbox name. So it would show another name by default.

If you fill github feature request then in some time it should be implemented.
