Many customers are complaining that they do not have anyone online, but I'm always during business hours.
So I checked.
When I access the site many times shows the online service as 'Offline', al when I update the page with F5, there is online.
What is bringing this problem?

1. Most likely it's something you changes in your lhc instance. Let say online timeout value.

What value should I put? If I am online the person accessing the site should already see the online service.

1. I'm not sure what value you have there.
2. Keeping 300 seconds seems most logical. But not less than 30 or 60 seconds.

I had put 7. As informed, I want that when the person accessing the site show who is online. That is right.

And that's the issue.
Back office is synced every 15 seconds. And it's time used to set last time operator was seen. And like you set timeout to 7 seconds, it's shorter than 7 seconds. So you are getting inconsistent status report. So please increase it atleast to 30 - 60 seconds,
