Hi folks,
Love the software, we're just trying the hosted version before looking at the locally installed.
I wondered if there were any plans for an integration with Jira, whereby a chat could allow creation of Jira issues? There is a pretty robust API for Jira https://docs.atlassian.com/jira/REST/latest/ and I think this would be a huge bonus for the many organisations using Jira for their software development. At a basic level, I'd like to be able to raise an issue against a project, and attach the chat transcript - maybe screenshots/screenshares?
We may be able to put some funds towards development if it's feasible.

If you would skype me, we could think of something. Like I do not have Jira account in any case i would need Jira API settings
As for price, i think 100$ - 200$ perhaps cheaper like the all hard work was already done with OsTicket extension. I ques even your developers could do that
