Browser Closed

Hi, first of all thanks for this great work you have done, really good!!

I wanted to know if there is a way to Close Chat when visitors close the page (browser). So when the visitor comes back he start a new chat session, is it possible?

Thanks and Greetings.

Re: Browser Closed

Hi,

Not sure how exactly it should work in your case. But there is few options
1. You can setup automatic chat closing https://livehelperchat.com/how-to-setup … -341a.html
2. Also in chat configuration you can disable chat resume once it was closed from operator.
3. As for forcing start new chat, nto sure it's possible because user can just navigate to another page but it's still from browse perpective same action window close.

So perhaps the most logical way would be disable automatic chat resume in chat configuration if it's enable and also disable chat resume itself.

Hope it helps smile
