Hi, when i see a user end send him a message he only see my message if he refresh or change the page, can it be done in moment...no need to refresh page or change internal page?

In embed code check "Check for operator messages" you embeded chat without checking this option.

anotherthing. to ignore my ip, i have a router that give public ip for all my computer, but the ip of router ist not allways the same, and i need to change the blocked ip... have you another way?

even before the chat be accepted when the operator sees an online user and send him a message asking if he need help? other operator can send the same message, it can be block by that way...

In online visitors list each visitor icon has different meaning

Grey - he has no message from operator/proactive chat
Blue - he has one
Green - user has seen message from operator

So in your case operators should send messages to online visitors only if online visitor icon is grey

can it be changed, only recive one message, block second operator send a message?
and one chat active cant be seen by other operator of the same department, until he assign to him...

Sorry, cannot tell at this moment, because usually I need some clarification and at the moment your requirement in any case is not clear.
In any case at the moment seems 50$-100$ perhaps. Really hard to say

Also no.

There is no separate function for that. But this one I will add for free within next release like it's not a bad idea
