hi,
When user request a chat, I require to give email in case of any trouble.. and this has just happened, and now I'm unable to find the email of the guy so that to send him an email...
I have searched in documentation already... but nothing about this in the archive or the chat window
or the other solution is that I must receive an email with details of visitor for every chat request when I'm also online

How can you require email address from the visitor so if there is technical difficulties, the operator can still get in contact with the visitor?
How can you set it to where the operators get email alerts of a new chat request?

1. Start chat form settings. In chat configuration
2. In department or email templates.
