create test form, paste embed code correctly (index.php/site_admin/form/embedcode)
put in page "js script part" (in page footer) and id="lhc_form_embed_container" and JUST NOTHING!

You just made mistake somewhere with form itself most likely.

i'm sorry to see you have trouble with the chat functions.

I have see (quicly) your website http://www.igoralekseev.com and i have found very nice your customization who make the widget live chat status change color when mouse is over.
Is a CSS code? I love it, should be implemeted in the official ahaha very nice!

I'm sorry but i don't have the fix solution for this.. i have wrote for the beautiful change color of the widget status chat. Nice!
Is possibile to ask to share the code?

Maybe for fix the chat problem you have to try to reinstall and check server error-log

Maybe Can be your hosting company issue, you can try to install on other hosting or free service if support it for testing.

It's issues with form syntax you put. In all the cases you should follow

Problem solved.

I used Centos 7 and php 5.4.33 and now forms are working.

Must be a problem then with PHP 5.3.....
