I have to Departments:
* Customer support
* Security audit
2nd department should see all chats of 1st one. I can find proper permission and can't assign people from 2nd department to support beacause they will start assign to chats.

The most logical way would be just assign both department to Security audit users and that's all.

In this case Auditors will get incoming chat requests but they aren't customer support

I want to grant users permission to see chat archive of other department w/o to be assigned to incoming chats
