Old chats spontaneously reopen

On a fresh install, I have an issue with old chats spontaneously re-opening themselves.

So, a chat that was closed (e.g.) 20 minutes ago by the operator, spontaneously reopens itself, as if the visitor has typed in a new message, on an old chat, when they have not.

The widget at bottom right pops up as if it's a new chat, and in the chat dialogue box in the back end, I see:

URL is safehavenwomensrehab.com. Any thoughts please on how to remedy?

You can disable chats reopen in chat configuration.
