Hello:
Is there a way maybe to generate a permission for viewing chats from all departments, not needing to be assigned to it?
There are cases in which for business purposes there might be a need to view chats conducted by another department, to be able to follow up a customer need.
As I said, the idea is to be able to view active or closed chats from another department, but not belonging to it (not receiving the new unread chats from that department.
